About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead to make sure every trader and analyst using Insighthread gets real value from it. You’ll be the voice of our customers inside the company, shaping onboarding, support, and retention.
What you’ll do
Own onboarding and ongoing support for our customers. Build repeatable processes for renewals and expansion. Feed customer feedback directly into our product roadmap.
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer success or account management, excellent written and verbal communication, and patience for explaining complex product details clearly.
